Who We Are
Mosaic is the brain child of a passionate, young Syrian chef and a seasoned Lebanese restaurateur with over three decades of industry expertise. Together, they've crafted a dining experience that beautifully intertwines the traditional flavours of Lebanon and Syria.
Their mission was simple, put authentic, delicious Middle Eastern cuisine on show and let their warmth shine through.
